We at Inc42, tried identify the driving force in each of us through in many 1:1 conversations that took place with the team last few months. The idea was to enable the team for a focused pursuit of happiness and aligning our efforts towards one big common goal. Only to realise, it was the goal itself that was driving most of us, the north-star, and the compass was no other than Utkarsh himself. As a Co-Founder, and Chief Product Officer of Inc42 Media, Utkarsh has always believed in power of human capital, tech & learning, and is reflected in all his actions. And this additional super-power, where if be charged, we’d pay without looking at the tag; to have that one hour discussion and poking his brains. Fortunately, he is on the floor with us all, all the time and is up for a conversation, regardless of his colourful calendar.
